How I work

Research first
I start by getting close to the problem, interviewing users, mapping workflows, and uncovering the pain points people have learned to live with. Research isn't a phase I complete and move on from. It shapes every decision downstream.

Frame the problem
Good design solves the right problem. I use JTBD frameworks, service blueprints, and problem-framing workshops to align cross-functional teams on what actually needs to be built before anyone opens a design tool.

Design iteratively
I move fast from sketches to testable prototypes, running usability sessions iteratively rather than waiting for a polished design. I stay close to engineering throughout, adjusting, negotiating tradeoffs, and making sure the outcome exceeds real world expectations.

Ship and measure
Handoff isn't the end. I write user stories, support sprint refinement, and instrument tracking using HEART and JTBD-aligned metrics. I measure what ships and use it to inform the next cycle.
